Al-Humazah, ayat 1-9. Makkiyah atau Madaniyyah, 9 ayat Turun sesudah Surat Al-Qiyamah. Dengan nama Allah Yang Maha Pengasih lagi Maha Penyayang. وَيْلٌ لِكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ لُمَزَةٍ (1) الَّذِي جَمَعَ مَالًا وَعَدَّدَهُ (2) يَحْسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُ أَخْلَدَهُ (3 The Surah’s Name. The 104th chapter of the Qur’an is called Humaza as well as in most of the books of tafsir. Imam al-Bukhari in his Sahih, as well as some other scholars of tafsir, referred to this chapter with the title, “Woe to every slanderer and backbiter” – the first ayat. The great scholar of the Arabic Language, al-Fayruzabadi Tafsir Kemenag Sesudah mengancam orang-orang yang bersifat demikian dengan siksaan yang pedih, Allah menyebutkan pula sebab yang membuat mereka mengerjakan sifat-sifat yang terkutuk itu. Penyebabnya adalah anggapan mereka bahwa semua harta yang dimiliki dapat menolong mereka dalam menghadapi kesulitan-kesulitan yang dihadapi.
