Ifthe song asks you to play G, then play G. It doesn't matter where the capo is. Tabs that have a capo indicated won't require you to figure out what the "concert pitch" should be. If the song requires that the capo be on the 2nd fret and they are asking you to play G, you'll most likely just make the G major chord shape.
